This package includes the following details and rules for the event:
Private use of the farm for up to 3 hours
Seating and tables for up to 20 guests
Access to garden spaces and photo-friendly areas
Light setup and teardown window
This option allows you to bring your own food, beverages, and personal touches while enjoying the beauty of the farm as your backdrop.
Best for:
Baby showers, birthday celebrations, relaxed garden parties. Indoor greenhouse parties are highly encouraged when temperatures are cooler — space is limited to 6 people comfortably inside the greenhouse. During the hot summer months, the greenhouse temperatures can reach up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Outdoor set-ups during July and August months are highly encouraged.

Custom pricing is available based on guest count and selections. We’re happy to guide you toward the right enhancements based on the style and flow of your event.
Guests for this option will be allowed to bring in pre-approved food and drink. Set up of food and drink is the responsibility of the guests. Tear down of your food and clean up of leftover foods and drink are the guest responsibility. Hedin North Farms will clear dirty plates and glassware if tableware rental is added on. All foods and drink must be cleaned up at the time the event ends – that means cleaning up and ready to be out the area at the end time. Staying over your time for clean-up can result in additional charge. Any damage to the items used for event owned by Hedin North Farms will result in a replacement fee. 30% deposit is due at the time of your booking to secure your date.

Private Chef Farm Dinners — Details and Rules
For an unforgettable evening, we offer intimate private chef dinners hosted on the farm.
Starting at $1,500
(10–16 guests)
These experiences include exclusive use of the farm, styled dining space, seasonal florals, and coordination with our chosen chef. Each dinner is unique and designed around the season, the menu, and the atmosphere.
Weekday and weekend pricing may vary.
Hedin North Farms will set up outdoor spaces and also tear down. Guests have access to garden area, greenhouse and trails, pond and creek. Set up includes styled tables. Option of an outdoor option or option to have the set up in the greenhouse (indoor greenhouse parties are highly encouraged when temperatures are cooler — can only accommodate up to six people inside the greenhouse). During the hot summer months, the greenhouse temperatures reach up to 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Outdoor set-ups during July and August are highly encouraged. Table will include candles, flowers, decorative pieces, drinkware and glassware. No outside food or drink allowed.
We will work with you on a menu and finalize two weeks prior to your scheduled event. Hedin North Farms will serve and clear dirty plates and glassware. Any damage to the items used for event owned by Hedin North Farms will result in a replacement fee. This package is limited to 16 guests. The chef will work with the guest to menu plan, and detail any preferences, allergy needs, etc. 30% deposit is due at the time of your booking to secure your date.
